That always happens to us too! Natalie threw her juice cup at my 11 year old son today in the car and it hit him in the head. Luckily that goose egg will be covered by his hair since his pictures are tomorrow. He cut his hair by himself in kindergarten and we had to shave it to his scalp. His pictures were two days later. The worst pictures I have of him but I guess it is "memories". I hope it heals for his school pictures.
I am a SAHM with two boys close in age. My oldest was born with an atypical neuromuscular left clubfoot and keeps us very busy with appointments.
It seems that in our family, everything we have done has been a struggle, but in the end, worth every difficult step. This blog is about those steps in our journey.

Oh dear, how did that happen? Boys I tell ya, they always get some lovely mark on their face right before pictures. I have given up on the myself.
Oh man and I thought Riley wanting to wear Elmo in her school picture was bad! Maybe you can put some concealer over it to disguise it a bit!
