Where are my stairs? Oh and our car stuck on the front lawn...
The backyard patio table.
I heard on the radio that the road in behind the boy's school was impassible due to a very large snowdrift and after calling the school to hear there were five buses stuck in front of the school, I declared it a snow day. So off into the winter wonderland they went.
Snow drift in the backyard. Yes, Ryan is standing...on a bunch of snow too.
Snow fort construction.
We got a lot of snow in this area of the city and two days later we are still anxiously awaiting the appearance of grass. We can see a few spots peaking out finally. Hoping it will all be gone by Monday, in time for the boy's first baseball game.

Oh my gosh! You guys got so much more snow than we did. What a difference between the north and south.
WOW ... I mean ... WOW!!! I'm sure you're somewhat used to it -- and I know that somewhere in the Historic Annals of New Jersey, USA we had snow in April too. But -- oh, how do you handle it?? :)
Dare I share with you that we planted vegetables today? Prepared garden beds? Potted my herbs? Next week ... flowers, I hope. Not snow. :)
Maybe you can challenge your boys to build you a snow-flower -- a giant sunflower made of snow in your back yard. It might give you a little hope! :)
My lord!!! Are you sure we live in the same city? I can't believe how much more snow you had.
It was 80 in Alabama...
We got snow in New Mexico, but not that much! :)Jamie
