Decided to check out the City Museum today. All I can say is WOW and I am tired! What an amazing place. If you are ever in St. Louis I would recommend this place. Be for warned, bring comforable clothes and knee pads. I crawled through some rather tight spaces under floors, through tubes on the ceiling and other places I have no idea where I was.
What a blast!

Wow! That all looks very cool. I can imagine how much fun was had.
My first trip there was on a field trip with my special education middle school students. An autistic student who wedged himself 1/2 up a tube and decided to just stay there, then the under the ground tunnel with all the hills inside. I do not like close spaces and unfortunately the kid behind me was losing it so I had to put on my happy face to keep him calm. Other than that tunnel, I LOVED that day. Even coaxing the boy out of the tube. Crawling around outside, way up in the air, was wonderful. It is an awesome place. I'm so glad you got to go.
